Cool Medics manufactures a wide range of cooling products for horses, people, and even your dogs. All products are constructed from a patented three-layer fabric that provides cooling after allowing the product to soak in water for 30 seconds to one minute. The water activates the cooling process by charging the fibers with moisture and creating an environment for evaporation.
